BOARDS ON THE BACK WALL, JULY 7-8
FOUR WEEKS
July 8, we put the boards on the second floor of the back wall. Shorter boards were used to accommodate the porch roof. July 9, Jon added the short boards above the second floor windows. The red ladder we borrowed from Terry came in handy for the second floor.
It was four weeks ago on the morning of June 10, that the house raising started. Family and friends walked up our drive to start the project of building up from the basement foundation.
