GREETINGS FROM HOUGIE HEAVEN
PICTURED HERE ARE SOME OF OUR CRITTERS.
Fancy, our niece from Alabama, enjoyed feeding
the chickens during the house raising week.  The red basket is what she used to gather the eggs in.
She tossed feed into Frankie through the fence.
June 21, we took Frankie to be sheared.  Jon built sides on our open trailer for the ride to the fairgrounds.  Frankie was a bit anxious, so Jon had to ride in the trailer with him.  That was a site.  I was driving, so no photos were taken.
This photo was taken July 26, from the garden.  Frankie, the chickens and the geese like to be close to the fence to get the weeds and plants we throw over the fence from the garden.
July 8, Jon's garden was looking good.  I didn't get another photo of the garden.  He loves to plant the seeds and watch them grow.  It is usually my job to do the canning and freezing.
